Instructions

  1. 1. Wash strawberries and drain. Slice off the hulls and discard.
  2. 2. Slice each strawberry from top to bottom or crosswise. Try to make the pieces close in size, about 1/8 to 1/43-6 mm thick.
  3. 3. Arrange the slices of strawberry on the dehydrator trays with a space of about half inch between them.
  4. 4. Dehydrate at 57°C for 8 to 14 hours.
  5. 5. Let cool completely, store in airtight containers and place in a cool, dry and dark place.
